1. Order Cancellation

Customer Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
• To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@techoraaenterprises.in with your order ID.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Seller Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Payment failure
• Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. 3-Day Return Policy (Wrong or Defective Products Only)

• We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery.
• Returns are accepted ONLY if:
  • The product received is wrong, or
  • The product is damaged or defective

❌ We do NOT accept returns for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Product dislike
• Size, color, or model preference
• Normal wear and tear

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• Product must be:
  • Unused and unaltered
  • In original packaging
  • With all accessories, manuals, and invoice

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Replica watches
• Used or opened electronics
• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

5. Return Request Process

To request a return, email us at support@techoraaenterprises.in with:

• Order ID
• Clear photos or video of the issue
• Brief explanation

Return requests without proper proof may be rejected.

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.
• Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.

7. Replacement Policy

• Replacement will be provided where possible.
• If replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
