2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• Product must be:
  • Unused and unaltered
  • In original packaging
  • With all accessories, manuals, and invoice

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Replica watches
• Used or opened electronics
• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper use
• Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

4. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, email us at support@techoraaenterprises.in with:

• Order ID
• Clear photos or video showing the issue
• Brief description of the problem

Requests without proper evidence may be rejected.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are initiated only after inspection of the returned product.
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake occurred from our side.

6. Replacement Policy
